These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the online twerk course ("Course") offered through howtotwerk.guide ("Website"), operated by Tanya Safonova ("Instructor", "we", "us").
By completing a purchase on this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Course in the form of a private YouTube playlist link sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Each video in the playlist corresponds to one lesson of the Course.
Lifetime access: once granted, your access to the Course playlist is permanent. There is no subscription, no recurring fee, and no expiration date. You can return to the lessons as many times as you wish.
Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, redistribute, download, screen-record, or otherwise reproduce the Course content in any form.
The Course is a 100% digital product — there is no physical shipment. Delivery is performed exclusively by email.
If you do not receive the access email within 15 minutes, please first check your Spam / Promotions folder. If it is still missing, contact us at Safotwerk@gmail.com with the email used at checkout and we will resend the link within 24 hours.
All Course content — including but not limited to video recordings, choreography, music selections, instructional methods, branding, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Tanya Safonova and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, public performance, or commercial use of any Course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment provider WayForPay, a PCI DSS-compliant gateway. We do not store or have access to your full card details.

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the checkout page. Your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.
Order confirmation: after a successful transaction, you will receive a payment confirmation from WayForPay and a separate course access email from us.
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. Please review our Refund Policy for details.
The Course is provided "as is" for educational purposes. The Instructor is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Course content. Always consult a medical professional before starting any physical activity program.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Course after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
