No Refunds

All sales on howtotwerk.guide are final and non-refundable.

Why?

When you purchase the Course, you immediately receive a link to a private YouTube playlist via email. This is a one-time digital delivery — once the link has been sent, the product has been fully delivered and cannot be "returned."

Unlike physical goods or subscription services, there is no way to revoke access to a YouTube playlist link once it has been shared. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.

Delivery Issues

If you did not receive your playlist link after purchase, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us via Instagram: @safonovatanya_ and we will resend your access link promptly.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You understand the Course is a digital product delivered via email.
• You waive your right to a refund once the playlist link has been sent.
